Company
RCS Millwork L.C. was founded over 35 years ago for the purpose of providing premium commercial and residential millwork to the construction and renovation industry. Dan Keller has owned RCS Millwork L.C. since 1997 but Dan has managed millwork companies for over 20 years.

Our new 32,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and office facility includes the most up to date cutting, manufacturing, and finishing equipment, allowing RCS to meet any architectural or aesthetic requirement for our clients. Equally important is that RCS Millwork continues to meet and exceed all criteria required to maintain the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI)'s Quality Woodwork Certification. In 2002, RCS Millwork acquired Forest Wood Products, a curved moulding specialty manufacturer that supplies solid wood curved mouldings to the residential and commercial markets throughout the United States. RCS is a national millwork manufacturer serving our clients throughout the continental United States. With manufacturing facilities located in Des Moines, Iowa and project management offices located in Des Moines and Kansas City, Missouri, RCS Millwork has established itself as a premier millwork operation capable of providing complete planning, manufacturing and support services to our clients. These services include our company owned trucks for delivery throughout the Central and Upper Midwest. This allows RCS to control the handling of the finished millwork insuring it reaches its destination in the best condition.

Staff
With a staff of over 45 professionals, RCS Millwork L.C.s team of estimators, managers, computer (CAD) draftsmen, production craftsmen, finishers & installers work together to create projects exceeding our customers' expectations. With a combined experience of over 300 years in millwork manufacturing, our staff has the hands-on experience necessary to provide solutions for your millwork requirements.

Consultation, Design and Cost Estimation
We work with Architects, General Contractors and Designers in helping to insure that our millwork products meet the owners' needs and AWI specifications. Project planning, development of exact drawings and precise cost estimates are a few examples of how RCS assists with keeping projects on time and within budget.

Project Management
Project Managers work closely with Architects, Contractors, Suppliers and the Production Craftsmen to make sure all parties have the information they need to meet your schedule. Our experienced staff will provide onsite measuring, scheduling, progress reports, delivery coordination and anything else necessary to complete the project as planned.

Manufacturing and Finishing Facilities
RCS Millwork L.C.'s shop has the state of the art equipment necessary to produce any millwork product using a variety of substrates including solid wood, veneered products, laminated material and Corian solid surfaces to name a few. In our factory finishing facilities we apply a variety of stains, clear coats and other finishes to match your color and sheen. This provides us complete control from production to delivery giving you superior appearance & product performance.
