RCS
Millwork was founded in 1966 for the purpose of manufacturing
premium custom wood cabinetry, institutional case goods, solid surface
products, and architectural millwork for the construction and
renovation industry. Dan Keller has owned RCS Millwork, L.C. since
1997, and has managed millwork companies for over 25 year.

RCS
is a national millwork manufacturer serving clients throughout the
continental United States. With manufacturing facilities and product
management offices located in both Des Moines, IA and Kansas City, KS.
Our 59000 sq. ft. manufacturing and office facilities includes the most
up to date CNC cutting, manufacturing, and finishing equipment,
allowing RCS to meet any architectural or aesthetic requirement
for our clients.
Equally important is that RCS Millwork continues to meet and exceed all
criteria required to maintain the Architectural Woodwork Institute
(AWI)'s "Premium" Quality Woodwork Certification.
RCS Millwork continues to strive to meet the requirements of our industry as we all work to balance the need to be environmentally friendly
-- "Green", against the ever increasing demand for these materials that
we need to produce our products. Because of this, we can offer FSC
Certification for your projects, and we can produce your project in a
manner to meet LEED requirements.
During 2009 RCS became certified to manufacture products under the
Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain of custody requirements.
In 2002, RCS Millwork acquired Forest Wood Products, a curved molding
specialty manufacturer that supplies solid wood curved moldings to the
residential and commercial markets through out the United States. Our
curved millwork craftsmen can manufacture any curved staircase or
monumental millwork item that you require.

capable of providing complete planning, manufacturing and support

Staff
With a staff of over 45
professionals, RCS Millwork L.C.s team of estimators, managers,
computer (CAD) engineers, production craftsmen, finishers &
installers work together to create projects exceeding our customers'
expectations. With a combined experience of over 300 years in millwork
manufacturing, our staff has the hands-on experience necessary to
provide solutions for your millwork requirements.

Consultation, Design and Cost Estimation
We work with Architects,
General Contractors and Designers in helping to insure that our
millwork products meet the owners' needs and AWI specifications.
Project planning, development of exact drawings and precise cost
estimates are a few examples of how RCS assists with keeping projects
on time and within budget.

Project Management
Project Managers work
closely with Architects, Contractors, Suppliers and the Production
Craftsmen to make sure all parties have the information they need to
meet your schedule. Our experienced staff will provide onsite
measuring, scheduling, progress reports, delivery coordination and
anything else necessary to complete the project as planned.

Manufacturing and Finishing Facilities
RCS Millwork L.C.'s shop
has the state of the art equipment necessary to produce any millwork
product using a variety of substrates including solid wood, veneered
products, laminated material and Corian solid surfaces to name a few.
In our factory finishing
facilities we apply a variety of stains, clear coats and other finishes
to match your color and sheen. This provides us complete control from
production to delivery giving you superior appearance & product
performance.
